  • Experience prototyping and knowledge of prototyping tools. Animation and video editing knowledge is a huge plus! 
  • Foundational knowledge of print processes 
  • Experience designing for web accessibility
  • Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills to clearly communicate approach and impact of design outcomes
  • Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines and manage time effectively while communicating creative resolutions where needed

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with design and strategy teams on video concepts and creative direction for internal and client-facing campaigns.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead pre-production planning including storyboarding, shot lists, location scouting, and lighting setups.
  • Edit and deliver polished video content, reels, and social clips with strong visual cohesion, storytelling, and brand alignment.
